Sometimes, I just can't get over the ocean.

On my way from Maine to Michigan last July, I visited my dear friend Ivy Ashe at her home on Martha's Vineyard. She's a photojournalist at the Vineyard Gazette, so I tagged along while she worked and played tourist. The Vineyard, especially on the Fourth of July, is filled with the most insane amount of Americana I have ever seen. It looks like a postcard EVERYWHERE you look.
As much as I love Ann Arbor (especially in the summer; Ann Arbor is simply magical in May), I miss the east coast. I miss the ocean.
